For in-surgery teeth whitening, a teeth whitening gel will be applied to each tooth by your dentist during just one visit. Your teeth will then be exposed to an ultra-violet light which activates and speeds up the teeth whitening process. This part of the process is repeated three times to achieve an immediate result, leaving you with a brighter, whiter smile within just an hour.

Take Home Teeth Whitening Kit

With a take home teeth whitening kit, similar results to the in-surgery treatment can be achieved, however the process can take from 7 to 10 days to see noticeable results. Visiting the surgery just once, an impression will be taken of your teeth and two custom made trays are made to contain the teeth whitening gel. Patients take the trays and teeth whitening gel home and are advised to wear the trays for prolonged periods (usually through the night) for several sessions until the teeth whitening teeth process is complete.
